OMIGOD-poor David-WHAT a way to go. Honestly, I liked the man, but really.
To be zen-when you can't get a grip, slip a bit, then try again, enjoy the slide, enjoy the ride, then get up and do it again-amen.
Ok-that was Dr. Suess Zen.
How about Oliver the Parrot Zen? Maybe if you can't get a grip it's cause you are in the wrong spot. Flap your wings and shout and see where you land. That's what I do.
(It's hard to be flattering to someone who just threw my two new pinch bowls off the counter and broke one. Apparently I was correct and should have purchased steel instead of glass)
