i loved huge thunder storms at night in south africa.
My parents used to live near a river, and it was soooooo cool to hear the thunder roll down the river basin.

yesterday we had thunder and lightening. Only the second or third time we've witnessed it since moving here 15 years ago! It was a treat, really.
