I did sleep well last night

Exercise and relaxation is a great combo-I'm going to have to do more of it.

Today I made a space for me to do my art. I miss the studio more than I thought I would so today I changed things around in this tiny place and created a 'studio' within 3 square feet. I have a view of the yard out the french doors, a cat at my feet and a dog on the nearby couch. Life is good.
Speaking of exercise...I was thinking about going back to Curves just to get things going again.
You're inspiring me!

A small brag, I met my goal of 1000 work out minutes for January, and I'm going for 1200 in February. That's not really a lot, but I have trouble with consistency, so it's a great step for me.

oh shite, exercise is my worst 'thing'...the only exercise i do thses days is with my mouth! and my 'mouse'.....good on yer.

I'm ashamed. I'm sitting here blogging instead of being at the gym. I'm a bum.
