Christmas

Had a nice quiet dinner at Mom and Dad's, we were all on good behavior and grateful for the quiet. It's a nice day outside, so Moon and I went first to the duck pond to feed the ducks, and wound up taking a nap in the field next to the duck pond. A fellow walking his lab approached and woke us up-I think he was afraid I was a dismal holiday overdose or something-the truth was, I was enjoying the grass and the sky and the sun.

My kind of day...blissful! I'm glad lab-man didn't poke you with a stick.

How is it that you can lie on the grass in OK at this time of year and today I've had hail three times? Wassup?

Merry Christmas friend.

I am glad you had such a nice day. Your experience reminds me about the time I stopped and asked some fellow lying on the ground if he was ok. He said yes of course he was just relaxing.

Merry Christmas.

Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas!

an Iranian proverb goes:
a good year begins good...

so happy you've started your year with a peaceful feeling and a chance to enjoy yourself...
hugs

i was wondering the same thing as studio lolo: how warm was it that you're lying in the grass and in a zen-ish frame of mind?

so glad you and the folks had a nice day!

It was probably in the high 50's-it really was a nice day. So was today.
