I've found that time often changes my perspective-a past trauma may not seem so bad, an imagined slight not a slight at all. So, tomorrow, my sitting here now ruminating may seem wise, or foolish or forgotten completely.

yes, perspective can change the past, but it depends on whose perspective we're talking about I suppose.
